1. Overview

Helioustin welcomes strategic partnerships through our Channel Partner Program. This program is designed for individuals and businesses that can introduce potential clients to Helioustin’s services. As a channel partner, you will earn a commission for every successful project confirmed through your referral.
 

2. Eligibility
 

• Open to individuals, businesses, and digital marketers.

• Partner must operate through online mediums such as social media, websites, email marketing, and direct referrals.

• All leads must be documented and shared with Helioustin before initiating discussions with potential clients.
   

3. Commission Structure
 

• You will receive 10% commission on every confirmed client project.

• The commission is applicable only when the client signs an agreement and makes the full payment.

• No commission will be applicable for referrals that do not convert into successful projects.
   

4. Payout Terms
 

• Payouts will only be processed after Helioustin has received the full payment from the referred client.

• Payments will be made through online transfer to the bank or payment method registered with Helioustin.

• The minimum payout threshold is ₹20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies if applicable).

• Processing time for payouts is 15-30 days after the client’s payment is received.
   

5. Partner Responsibilities
 

• Partners must ensure ethical marketing practices while promoting Helioustin’s services.

• Misrepresentation or false claims about Helioustin’s services will lead to termination of partnership and forfeiture of commissions.

• Partners should not engage in price negotiations on behalf of Helioustin.
   

6. Client Attribution & Validity
 

• A referred client is attributed to a partner only if the introduction is made via email or any trackable medium, officially recorded with Helioustin.

• If multiple partners refer the same client, the commission will be granted to the first referral recorded in Helioustin’s system.

• The referral validity period is 90 days from the first introduction date.
   

7. Termination & Compliance
 

• Helioustin reserves the right to terminate partnerships in case of unethical practices, policy violations, or fraudulent activities.

• Partners must comply with all applicable online advertising laws and regulations while promoting Helioustin.

• Helioustin retains the right to modify commission structures and payout policies with prior notice.
