Helioustin Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Helioustin, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting and business solutions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Subscription-Based Services

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [helioustin@zohomail.in] with relevant client details.

Upon cancellation, clients will continue to receive services until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
1.2 One-Time Consultation Services

Clients can cancel scheduled consultations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
1.3 Project-Based Services

Cancellations for project-based services (custom consulting, implementation projects, etc.) must be requested within 7 days of signing the agreement.

If work has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and a 25% service charge.

Projects canceled after 7 days are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Subscription Refunds

No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription period.

If Helioustin fails to deliver services as per the agreement, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 One-Time Consultation Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

If a consultation session is not delivered due to technical issues or an internal failure, a rescheduled session will be offered or a full refund provided.
2.3 Project-Based Service Refunds

If a client is dissatisfied with the service, they must submit a written refund request within 5 business days of project completion.

Refunds will be assessed based on service completion and agreement terms.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered and completed as per the project scope.
3. Exceptions & Disputes

Refund requests due to force majeure events (natural disasters, unforeseen emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes must be raised within 15 days of the service issue, and we will attempt to resolve them amicably.
