Job Overview:
Helioustin is looking for a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to drive strategic growth, business expansion, and revenue generation across multiple industries. As the CBO, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and leading market expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for business leaders who excel in high-level negotiations, B2B collaborations, and developing data-driven business strategies. The compensation is based on a performance-driven profit-sharing model, rewarding results over fixed salaries.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion & Revenue Growth
✔ Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Helioustin’s market presence.
✔ Identify and establish high-value partnerships with enterprises, startups, and government bodies.
✔ Create and implement innovative business models for AI, Web3, and enterprise solutions.
✔ Drive strategic sales efforts to increase profitability and market penetration.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and investors.
✔ Collaborate with the AI, Blockchain, and Predictive Analytics teams to develop market-driven solutions.
✔ Lead high-stakes negotiations and deal-making with global enterprises and investors.
✔ Stay ahead of industry trends to position Helioustin as a market leader.

Leadership & Corporate Strategy
✔ Work closely with the CEO and C-Level executives to align business strategies with company vision.
✔ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics for business success.
✔ Provide insights on competitive positioning, risk assessment, and investment opportunities.
✔ Ensure smooth execution of large-scale business projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate leadership.
✅ Proven track record of scaling businesses, securing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.
✅ Strong negotiation, leadership, and financial planning skills.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams across industries.

Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in AI, Blockchain, SaaS, Web3, or Enterprise Solutions.
✔ Strong network with investors, industry leaders, and corporate clients.
✔ Expertise in market research, business analytics, and competitive strategy.
✔ Knowledge of global business expansion, M&A, and funding strategies.
