Job Overview
As a Growth Manager at Helioustin, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, engaging clients, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the expansion and positioning of Helioustin as a dynamic and trusted business partner through the delivery of innovative solutions, operational enhancements, and client-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Consultation
✔ Conduct strategic consultations to understand client business needs, challenges, and goals.
✔ Present Helioustin’s services, including Predictive Analytics, Web 3.0, AI-driven solutions, and more.
✔ Deliver high-impact presentations to articulate Helioustin’s value proposition effectively.
✔ Provide clients with customized business solutions that align with their industry requirements.
Prospecting & Proposal Management
✔ Identify and engage potential clients via email and other communication channels.
✔ Send customized proposals that align with client business requirements.
✔ Schedule consultation meetings and drive business conversions.
✔ Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and growth.
Collaboration & Client Relations
✔ Work closely with internal teams to gather insights, case studies, and data to support client consultations.
✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up.
✔ Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings.
Industry & Product Knowledge
✔ Stay updated on Helioustin’s latest service offerings, industry trends, and technological advancements.
✔ Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
✔ Continuously enhance knowledge of business consulting methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ 1+ years of experience in growth strategy, business consulting, sales, or a related role.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to offer effective business solutions.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse client groups.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams for project success.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Prior experience in consulting, growth management, or business development for tech-driven solutions.
✔ Understanding of Helioustin’s offerings in Predictive Analytics, AI, Web 3.0, etc.
✔ Experience working in Real Estate, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
✔ Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
