Job Overview

Helioustin is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our hiring, talent acquisition, and workforce expansion initiatives. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for identifying top-tier talent, building strong relationships with agencies and professionals, and driving the strategic growth of Helioustin’s workforce across industries such as Education, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology in key regions like Europe, Asia, South Africa, and the USA.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in recruitment, talent management, and strategic workforce planning while working under a performance-based profit-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Hiring :

✔ Identify and onboard high-quality agencies and professionals for various roles.
✔ Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries.
✔ Conduct interviews, assessments, and hiring processes to ensure the best candidates are selected.
✔ Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support business growth.

Talent Management :

✔ Support and manage a pool of professionals to enhance team efficiency and performance.
✔ Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
✔ Address HR-related concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Strategic Collaboration :

✔ Work closely with department heads and C-level executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
✔ Implement best HR practices and workforce planning strategies to support company expansion.

Growth & Expansion :

✔ Develop strategies to expand Helioustin’s workforce across key industries and global markets.
✔ Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, freelancers, and job platforms to enhance hiring efforts.
✔ Monitor HR performance metrics and optimize hiring strategies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR processes, hiring strategies, and talent management.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with agencies and professionals.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR software/tools.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

✔ Prior experience in remote hiring and managing a distributed workforce.
✔ Understanding of HR operations in tech-driven and consulting firms.
✔ Experience in recruiting for industries such as Education, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
