Compensation: Fixed Profit Sharing on each successful deal closed (No Fixed Salary Model)

Reports To: C-Level Executives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Overview

As an M&A Consultant at Helioustin, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing mergers and acquisitions opportunities. You will play a critical role in expanding Helioustin's business portfolio by facilitating strategic partnerships, conducting due diligence, and ensuring seamless deal structuring. Your expertise in financial modeling, negotiation, and market analysis will be essential in driving successful M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Strategy & Deal Sourcing

✔ Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities that align with Helioustin’s business goals.✔ Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess viable merger and acquisition targets.✔ Develop strategies to source and engage with potential acquisition targets.✔ Maintain a strong network with investment firms, private equity partners, and industry leaders.

Financial & Strategic Analysis

✔ Perform due diligence, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation analysis.✔ Assess financial statements, revenue models, and strategic fit of target companies.✔ Provide data-driven insights to support deal structuring and negotiations.

Negotiation & Deal Execution

✔ Lead negotiations with target companies, investors, and legal teams to finalize deal terms.✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth post-merger integration and transition planning.✔ Manage deal timelines, deliverables, and communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in M&A consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
✅ Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills

✔ Prior experience in tech-driven M&A, private equity, or venture capital.✔ Familiarity with Helioustin’s offerings in Predictive Analytics, AI, and Web 3.0.✔ Experience working in Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology sectors.✔ Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
