Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Helioustin, you will be responsible for client engagement through email outreach, deal finalization, and meeting coordination. Your role will directly contribute to Helioustin’s growth by ensuring seamless communication and successful client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Email Outreach & Lead Generation – Identify potential clients and initiate contact through personalized email campaigns. Develop strategic messaging that highlights Helioustin’s services and value proposition. Maintain a database of prospective clients and track engagement levels.
✔ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate how Helioustin’s solutions can address their challenges. Negotiate deals, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth transition into service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
✔ Meeting Coordination & Scheduling – Arrange virtual or in-person meetings between clients and C-Level executives. Manage schedules, send timely reminders, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for discussions. Follow up with clients post-meeting to drive conversions.
✔ Market Research & Strategy Development – Analyze market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies. Provide insights to the marketing team for improving campaign effectiveness. Identify new opportunities for client engagement.
✔ Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Share client feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
✔ Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor email open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅ 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or client management.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience in B2B marketing and client acquisition.
✔ Familiarity with Helioustin’s service offerings.
✔ Strong organizational skills for scheduling and follow-ups.
✔ Understanding of industry trends and digital marketing strategies.
